What to do with vent pipe on right

I have a dryer vent pipe coming out of the wall just under 7" from wall on the right, while the center of the dryer outlet is about 15" from the wall (blue tape in the photo). This is a 2x4 interior wall with vent going straight up to the attic.

Any ideas on how to use a Dryerbox without removing a lot of drywall?

Yes it looks like the elbow is behind the drywall which takes more than 3.5" but in fact it juts out and the wall is indeed a 2x4 interior wall. I cut out a section to confirm. I'm thinking that in cases where the vent pipe is up against the left of a 2x4 the dryerbox won't work. Shame you had to bet on one side vs. the other, and chose left, instead of leaving right as an option.
