I have, a barrel or s shaped roof. Could I just trim the flange of your jack and install it just above the roof on my 4 inch pipe? Thanks alot,

Ugh, not really. The flange should be part of the waterproof membrane. The tiles just protect the membrane from the weather and sun.
You need a high profile vent.
We will have one in our store soon.
