I live in a cold climate. When using the standard dryer vent termination (free-flapping door), the exhaust hits the flapper door and it blows down and back against the house causing the condensation to condense and freeze on the house, the bottom of the deck, and a cantilevered section of the home where the sun doesn't shine to melt it. Is there a termination that allows the exhaust to blow outwards (away from the house), yet completely seals out back-drafts and keep critters out?
Any thoughts are welcomed.
