Will it retain it's calibration through a power failure?
« on: September 20, 2010, 09:48:59 AM »

Greetings!

I've just installed the Lint*Alert without problems, but I do have a question, the answer to which I can't locate in the literature or the FAQ section.

Simply, does the unit retain it's calibration through a power failure?

If "yes", is there any time limit on the outage before de-calibration occurs?

Thanks!

Thanks John
Good question, and I am happy you asked it.
Once a calibration is successful, the microchip records that pressure level setting data into EEPROM memory.  The data will be saved no matter how long the power is interrupted.
I will see to it that this question is posted in the FAQ's
